國外的傳統 結婚前除了"瘋狂"的告別單身派對 新娘還會跟一些女孩兒們有一個Bridal shower聚聚

通常bridal shower是伴娘或是新娘的媽媽作為邀請人

本來在美國我的未來嫂嫂有提議要幫我在美國辦

但我想我要好的女朋友都在台灣 所以就有點興趣缺缺

一直到婚禮前一個月 那時我遲遲無法決定何時要回台灣 一方面想要早點回去準備 但一方面又在等工作offer下來

後來我心一橫 決定不如早點回去可以辦bridal shower (自己覺得這個理由很正當:P)

所以這個last minute request的任務就落到我的超級伴娘Yvonne頭上...

Yvonne超有義氣+有效率的找了幾個場地 我很快就愛上 Galerie Bistro的純白色調...完全就是我夢想中Bridal shower的樣子

然後Yvonne寄出了邀請的email:

Dear Dear friends,

Our lovely friend, Pamela, is getting married in April~  A bridal shower is thrown to let all Pamela’s friends get together and share Pamela’s happiness.

First let me introduce myself.  I am Yvonne Chen(xxx), Pamela’s  oooooold friend, the maid of honor, and the main contact of this bridal shower tea party.  I am pleased to organize this event for Pamela.  It is a great honor to have all of you in this sweet party.  Please mark your calendar and save the date for us.

 Your attendance will be the best bridal shower gist for Pamela. We are looking forward to seeing you all.

3)  請已婚的分享人妻心情 單身的分享八卦 很久沒見的來聊聊天 互相認識從小陪伴我長大的好朋友們

4) 這不是走麻辣路線的告別單身派對...是走溫馨路線的貴婦下午茶..

5) 請大家盡快回覆是否可以出席 …..準新娘等不及~~

再來就是Yvonne辛苦的manage一連串的RSVP

我則是準備了當天送給大家的小禮物 (桌上那個粉紅色包裝的即是)

很幸運那天天氣好好 有很多久不見的朋友前來

能在婚禮前和大家一一敘舊 真的好幸福!

也讓許多我不同階段的朋友在婚禮前有機會先認識

這場bridal shower作為我婚禮美麗的序幕 再適合不過啦!
